Since we moved in a strata building in Richmond managed by Rancho this year , the nightmare started, problem with the strata management never can be solved ( neighbor told me the same story, strata can only charge maintenance fee every month but do nothing good actually for the strata unit residents), the senior strata agent Nicole Huang is very rude and having a bad attitude / never be professional dealing with the strata problems, and seems like she is a big boss for everybody! we are so fed up with this strata management company and Nicole Huang!

We own. She rent condo for us. Tell us renter pay $1600. P/month. But she rent for $2800 to people selling sex and drugs. Fake name fake phone # Apartment destroy!! They do drugs, party, and fights. Break my unit. Walls need fix. Plumbbing need fix.
