Called to make a reservation for 9/23. The rep instead made the reservation for the day we called. Then I got charged $200 (a full nights stay)for a no show. I understand it is partly my fault for not checking the reservation confirmation in my email but honestly you had me checking in 5 min after we called I wouldn't have even had time. considering your employee made the mistake the least they could do would be to offer a refund considering we never even stayed in the hotel. A no show fee I would understand and would pay and understand why but they charged me a full night. It's really awesome how Hilton takes advantage of every dollar during an epidemic while a lot of us are out of work. They must really be hurting financially. I'll never book a reservation at this hotel again and recommend to everyone staying overnight at the airport that it would be worth it to just take an Uber to a more accommodating hotel that isn't just trying to take from regular people we had to cancel our trip because of covid and now I have to find a way to dig myself out of a $200 hole. Awesome. Great service.
