My husband and I worked directly with Pat, although the whole team at Windy City Diamonds is far beyond accommodating. Pat went above and beyond for us. She was very prompt and responsive to our needs. She definitely delivered and beat out all other competitors on jewlers row. My husband and I will only be going to Pat for all of our diamond/jewelry needs!
