Very easy to work with. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy with a pleasant and professional process. The service tech arrived on time, reviewed the job and what he would be doing and completed the job in a timely manner. He then reviewed with me the area he had cleaned when he finished the job and checked to see if I had any questions or concerns. I will be calling A-1 Cleaning in the future to do our carpets.
