I put a star not worth a star!! I canceled a plan over a year an a half ago. I just got a bill for just having the exchange market place account back in 2013 not for the service used. Not only was it canceled in 2014 but the one person I was able to talk to before getting transferred 5 times in 30mins; told me I have two accounts one with my job and the other that is suppose to be canceled. Now I'm currently on the phone and on hold once again to get this account removed. Their customer service is the worst, not to mention all the transfers and the automated systems constantly saying someone will be with you shortly and it's always a long wait. With all the transfers and holds it seems like no one knows what their doing and that is more evident with the bill from 2014 and it being linked to my job account. I'm still on hold and I'm beyond pissed off!!!!! They need a damn call back system. It's 2016, an update in their calling system is much needed. Take off the automated "Thank you for your patience" it's annoying when you have to wait over and hour just to speak to someone!!!
