This place is a complete joke. Not only are they IMPOSSIBLE to contact and get a front desk receptionist on the phone. They expect patients to find their building with NO SIGNS anywhere stating BW Primary instead they have a LifeBridge Health sign out front expecting you to know. Then when you call to ask where the office is because you re lost, you are on hold for 20 minutes before anyone answers. Upon arriving i was told I have to reschedule due to the doctor not having time. I would say this place is extremely unorganized and completely rude. The front desk girl, in eldersburg, MD, had to remorse for my struggle of finding their location and was not helpful whatsoever. Just a heads up for anyone considering BW Primary as their PCP doctor or any doctor, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH BETTER PATIENT CARE.
