I work with Angard Staffing since August 2017. This collaboration offered both me and my husband ( employed by Angard since October 2017) the chance to work certain days of the week,.This is great for us as we can book the shifts depending on our student timetable (both of us are enrolled for university classes). The consultants were always responsive , even though we did not received always the expected answer/solution :) . Indeed there were some periods of time (still are) when we got cancelled. It is frustrating, especially that we depend financially on the weekly income generated by the shifts that we receive. The collaboration is not perfect, but neither are we. Starting January there was a mix-up with the shift list and cancellations, but was settled lately. The booking process was improved, the communication between the consultants and the employees was improved, the consultants are more supportive and very responsive.
As a very big plus, the wages are pretty good, you can choose the days you want to work. If any problem, you can cancel the shift.
As a minus - you can never know for sure how much will be your monthly income.
Overall, we are very pleased with this collaboration !
