I was very disappointed with the service of this hotel even before I stepped in the door. I made a reservation on Monday and was told I would receive my email confirmation right away. I did not receive it Monday or Tuesday, called the hotel Wednesday to ask to have it sent and was hung up on twice. I again called on Thursday and was hung up on yet another time and still have not received my confirmation. This is has been frustration and a bigger ordeal than I ever thought getting an email would be. I find this very odd that a simple task can't be done.
