Bought ac from here and the remote received was defective...when went to check with store they were of no help just mentioned that we have to contact the company now.. poor service..we are still waiting for the new remote after days of purchase... Hitachi is also mentioning that they can't commit when remote will be available...extee extr poor customer experience
