This place is awesome for all the great video and photo equipment they sell and service. BUT...the staff is not trained on customer service! They are rude, condescending and quick to sell you their item of the day then charlie you out the door. I'll stick to B&H but I had such high hopes for Adorama. I may be back if I can get a great price on the 7D I'm shopping for. To be continued...
