Dealt with an amazing doctor wish o could remember...

Dealt with an amazing doctor wish o could remember her name first time with her. She sent me to the desk to get blood drawn at 5:02 PM I waited until 5:20 when someone finally came near the desk and I asked who I'm suppose to speak to about getting blood drawn
was told o need to have an appointment o told her I did and afterwards the doctor sent me to this desk (she walked me to it even since idk my surroundings in this building ) and then was told basically o cant be get blood drawn like my doctor wanted me to . Tf
