I dont understand why this is consideresd a 5-star...

I dont understand why this is consideresd a 5-star hotel. They have a great buffet but their hotel is somewhat getting old. Carpets needs replacements, ants were present in our room ar 11th floor. Water is the only complimentary in the room. Bathroom needs proper upgrades. Customer service was great but it sucks that our room was still unavailable at 2PM. No complimentary drinks provided while waiting.
