I rate this place 5/5! I had the MOST amazing experience from Consultant Julie.

From start to finish Julie was accommodating, understanding and supportive! As a first time bride and first experience I couldn't have imagined a better way to choose my dress for my big day.

My fondest memory was standing in the change room trying on my 5th dress when I asked Julie how I would know if the dress was right? Especially considering every single one was absolutely beautiful on. Julie told me that I would know the dress was right when I felt confident and beautiful. I have to say.. she was right! I tried on the most amazing dress by Watters and immediately had tears of happiness flowing down from my eyes especially after we put a veil on. Julie took a million pictures of me in it after asking me if i was saying "Yes! To the dress" which had made my experience feel even more surreal.

I came back after lunch and purchased this dress and she even came and hugged me! As a woman who travelled from Northern BC to choose my dream dress I have to say SHE was the reason why my experience was so amazing. I only wish she was the ONLY person listed on my receipt as the "sales consultant" since I noticed a senior workers name beside hers when I went to pay. I want to make sure credit is given where it is due! Julie thank you, I will never forget this amazing experience.
