The employees lied to my friend s face. Gave him a paper to fill out to get his car back. When he filled it out they said it was no good. That put him over the time limit and the charge went up. They then told him how to fill out a notarized paper, which if he did it that way would have been lying to a notary and would have been illegally filled out. They backtracked pretty quick when I mentioned I used to be a notary. Funny how that changes things.

Total scam artists, either intentionally negligent or so poorly trained they are reckless.
