For the most part, things went smoothly. Except that the tow company didn't show up on the scheduled day within the 4-hour window they provided. I heard nothing until their window was over, then they called and said maybe they'd be there in another 2 hours. They never showed. I wasted an entire day waiting for them. They finally showed up the next day.
