The Location isnt far from vondel park, literally a couple of minutes walk from the park. The area in which the hotel is in is lovely, scenic and well kept area. Its seems very classy with lots of shops and resturants near by. The tram location are ideal for travel as Line 2 is located right near the hotel which take you right through to amsterdam central. Rooms : The Room is of good size and very clean and modern. i have stayed in the king executive room which has a Big TV, Extra Large Bed, desk with high speed internet access, large lounge chair, espresso Machine, small fridge and lovely wet room area with impressive modern shower, sink, and toilet. The room also has a great air con system. Services : The hotel offers many services. The room services include from wake up calls, room service, breakfasts, personalised greetings and complimentary water, bath robes etc some of which is subject to room purchased. The hotel offers a Big buffet breakfast area which can be purchased with the room, purchased on the day/morning for a higher price or if you arrive an want breakfast for mornings to come if you pre book its cheaper than paying on the day. Euros can be exchanged at the hotel with a limit per room per day of 200 euros. bike rental looks apparent at the hotel but we have yet to inquire about this. There are Hotel bikes out the front of the hotel. Additionally there is a hand TV guest services A to Z which tells you about all of the other services. The hotel can also offer early or will try to help with early/ customised check in and check out times as best a possible. The Hotel enterance is stairs situated with a ramp small but may be able to be used for wheelchair access. Lifts are situated around the hotel and it looks like most areas are easy access. Maps, tourist tickets for the trams are available at the hotel. Additionally the hotel staff are very happy to assist with any other queries and help in any way possible.
