No stars would be more like it! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. We went to purchase a car that was advertised for $9,900. But that's not the actual price, it was more like $13,000. The lower price was only if you qualified for their particular discounts. When we asked about having our mechanic check out the car, they were extremely hesitant and wanted our mechanic to come there at that moment we were sitting there, a Friday evening at around 8pm. Ultimately we ended purchasing the car, it need some mechanical repairs and it had bald tires on it. Our sales person Bella, assured us that we would get 4 NEW tires, as this was a safety issue. When we went to pick up the car, guess what - no new tires - so we go back - they only replace 2 tires with older tires. The manager said they don't issue NEW tires on used cars - well than why did our salesperson assure us that. So this place doesn't care about the safety of their customers. Then after paying $600 for the paperwork and MVC plates etc - it took them a month to get it to us. The department that handles that never returned our phone calls and their voicemail was always full. This place lacks everything that should be relevant to a customer - They lie and misguide you.
