I called for some information and they gave me the...

I called for some information and they gave me the minimum possible, I figured something fishy was up so I looked up reviews and saw just what I expected. They give you the least information so you waste your time and come in. I spoke to Lisa and she said it was against policy to tell me what fees they charge. Wouldn't even tell me the cost of said fees. What kind of shady business has policies like that? They definitely DO NOT CARE about the customer.
