Very unprofessional service. I made a mistake during my booking (wrong dates) but rectified it with the receptionist during my check-in. They were supposed to cancel my wrong booking but I just got debited for it. After escalating the issue their customer service now tell me that they have a "no-reimbursement policy"....
The hotel itself is ok. We can see it used to be a superb one when built but it lacks maintenance and proper management (the swimming pool is in a shameful condition.
