Bad customer service! We had our bathroom done about 8 years ago. It was supposed to be a 5 day bathroom, which turned into over 2 weeks! In the end, we were happy with the result. Come 1 year later, we had them come back to re-grout, but we had to repurchase the grout, fine, done. Now 8 years later, the tiles are lose all around the shower/tub; the nozzle/pipe broke and when I called Alure, the said "you're out of warranty, we can't do anything for you". You would think you would want to stand by your project, even if we do need to pay out of pocket, say you will come by and see what can be done. NOPE! Nothing of the sort. Knowing we will need to break open the wall to repair the pipe they used, I asked if they could tell me the name of the tile so I can search for replacements. The girl says "ugh, I have to look over your paperwork to get the name, can I call you back?". Seriously? The bathroom is tiny, I am sure the paperwork is all of 5 pages, you can't skim it to give me a name? I am so disappointed and would give them zero stars if I could. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ALURE!

***UPDATE*** After adding this review, we received a call from Alure offering to come out and check out the issue. Not only did they do that on the same day, they came back the following day (today) to fix the pipe without charging us. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
