People ready in a hole used to be a better company. They no longer deal with skilled or even semi-skilled work. All they have are crummy low-wage construction cleanup tickets. The seven years that I've been on and off of this company I have never obtained a full-time job through these people. But they have prevented me from putting in applications in several places due to a binary contract that you have to have in order to work with them. You cannot apply for work at the places they send you to. Furthermore, they've gone to an APP exclusive policy which means no one shows up at an office in the mornings, which means you don't know who they're going to be sending you without to a job site. Most of the time it's someone you don't get along with who's going to disappear and leave you with all the work. All in all the company's stock is going down ,probably due to poor decisions.
