Jack Seary was very unprofessional to me today 7-28-2020 and even went out of his way to slander my business under an alias. Be advised that many or all of the one star reviews here are earned and legit...

HERE IS THE CONVERSATION:
(Customer also mentioned on the call he would be in a hurry on his lunch break, wasn't understanding we had already made a few other appointments and couldn't take him, never got to mention that the car in question has been SOLD MONDAY EVENING)

Thank you for the response. Where I completely hear and understand your comments, it seems you only heard a fraction of ours.
Since you feel we have "eliminated" you as a client, I am unsure how to further help you...
We didn't discuss anything outside of you coming on a time that wasn't lunch break and basically finding a better time where we can complete a transaction and not be in a rush.

Here's how we're doing business these days: We make an appointment, you come see/drive the car, you buy it/ or move on (ALL ON THE SAME APPOINTMENT).
In the last 4 months we sold 133 cars, we did business just fine with this structure, sometimes it was a little difficult making appointments or getting people to keep them, but we had ZERO issues selling the cars...
We welcomed you, but with an appointment only, sorry it didn't work out. If you need you need us, feel free to make an appointment...
