Driving across the one direction is free but be warned if you want to cross back to the city you get charged the toll. If you don t wanna do that then you gotta take the long way around, WHICH SUCKS. Amazing views though. If you go down to the old coast guard fort area and walk to the piers there isn t too many people and the view is legit.
