Worst mortgage company and customer service I have ever had! They harass you EVERYDAY after the 15th with 3 calls a DAY if you're late even after you inform them it will be late; Completely unnecessary and adds unwarranted , additional pressure to the clients! Why would a company do this just because it is policy?ABSURD!
