I am often wary of the common experience that happen during customer visits to shop floors where one is met with pushy sales tactics. As a shopper, I find aggressive sales pitches off putting.
This is not true of my recent experience at Calgary's South Pointe Toyota. A recent casual shopping visit to South Pointe Toyota convinced me customer care and satisfaction remains the priority for the personable and courteous manager and sales representative I met with. I received professional care and quality attention. My questions were exhaustively and satisfactorily answered. Both Zak, the manager, and Charles, the sales representative, took care to emphasize that, while making a sale was their goal, customer satisfaction remains their top priority! Kudos South Pointe Toyota!
