The hotel WiFi wasn't working. I called the reception they put me through to customer support, after a long wait and a lot of questions the executive said I will have to purchase WiFi access. An entire morning was wasted in trying to get WiFi to work. Tried contacting chat support on their hotel sign in page - it just hung up at "connecting you to an agent". Horrible experience made worse with no customer support.
