I will not eat at this restaurant again! We get there a group of 6 of us. The lady at the front door asked if we would like to dine inside or outside, you will get faster service outside. So of course we said outside. We sat down at 6:45pm, waiter did not wait on us till 7:20pm and thats because we waved at him to at least take our drink order. He takes our drink order and appitizer order. At this time we still have not had our utensils or our water yet. It's hot outside so he can a least give us water. 7:45pm we get our beer and appetizers. At 8:20pm we wave him down again to take our food order. By 9:05pm we get our food. But not once did he come to see if we needed anything or to see if he could fill up our water. Maybe it was just that night, that the service was bad. I been all over the world, I have had better service at third world countries. I will not eat here again. Than to make worse the charge you for a service fee. If the service was not up to standards, why are you forcing me to tip your waiters?!
