I will no longer book another Hyatt room again. My company will also book elsewhere from now on. This hotel's staff is completely rude and unprofessional. Watch your bank account. I was alerted to an unusual charge by my bank made by Hyatt. This has happend more than once at this lication. I went down to ask what the charge was for. Showed the night clerk who worked 11pm-7AM shift 3:15 AM she wore glasses my online bank statement because she kept telling me that she just closed everything out herself so it was my banks fault. She was more upset than I was. I decided to walk away getting nowhere. Another clerk helped and found that they HAD made as mistake. I thanked her. Walked around corner and I heard the first woman make some very rude comments about me.lol I dont get what I did wrong. Anyway after such horrible experiences here we are done. Much nicer places to stay in the area.
