This week we stayed at Center Parcs het Heijderbos for two days. This was extremely disappointing!

First of all, I had made the booking online and it was stated several times that the activities are included.
The website has fun activities and especially the swimming pool appealed to me.

Once arrived at the park, it turned out that most of the activities are canceled due to the corona virus, they should state this more clearly.
I had high hopes for the pool, the hot tubs and the snorkeling pool. Once we arrived we were only allowed to swim for 1.5 hours, we were not allowed to use the changing rooms and the lockers.
The whirlpools were closed, for the snorkel pool I had to buy or rent a mask myself. According to the website, the snorkel bath was included, this was partly the case, but without a mask you cannot view anything underwater.
And in addition, almost all other activities are paid.

In the park it is not possible to park the car at the house, but you can bring the suitcases to the house, in the evening parking in the parking lot of the park is impossible. All parking spaces are then full.
Other people in the park did have their car at the house.
My partner and I had to bring some things to the house, we kindly asked the employee if he could open the barrier for us, he refused while 4 other customers who were also present at the park were allowed in for us. The only difference between the other customers and us is that my partner is dark, that strikes me.

I question the profiles that write good reviews for Center Parcs. I notice that these profiles have only written one or two reviews, this is suspicious.

It is misleading that it is pretended that there are many fun activities to do and this turns out to be incorrect afterwards, be clear to the customer. Determine from the website which fun activities there are and clearly indicate that nothing is possible because of the corona virus or because it must be paid.
Afterwards, when I was already in the park and it became clear how limited the activities are, I found out through a review by another ill-informed customer that frequently asked questions state that there are many restrictions.
It seems to have been deliberately hidden away so that customers fall into the trap of deception.
I feel cheated and it was the last time I visited a Center Parcs park.
This is the height of customer unfriendliness!
