Took my elderly mother here. We were quoted a 4 to 6 hour wait! Emergency room looked third world! I felt badly for the stressed staff. We went to a different facility by ambulance in Roseville and got immediate professional, compassionate care. Sadly, this hospital emergency room is not adequately equipped to care for the community. The EMT told us this was a common experience. This facility needs new management/directors! This many 1 star reviews (and counting) says it all. Does voicing your complaints online make a difference? Do the right ears listen or care?
