Over many years, on multiple occasions, Tom Newman came to my family's assistance. Sure, he comes to his point quickly and directly but this is a great quality...I want directness when he is calling a billing office on my behalf explaining how they are overbilling by not charging me the agreed-to network fee. And, if he sees someone taking advantage of one of his policyholders...wow, look out! Personally, to our family he's practically a superhero.
