As a first time homebuyer, I had heard horror stories from friends who had gone through the lending process and had challenges along the way, whether it was the lender asking for more details and information or something happening right before closing. We interviewed a variety of lenders to get an idea of rates, as well as make sure we found someone we were comfortable dealing with. Not only did the rates at HMA seem to beat any of the other rates from similar lenders, but our overall experience was AMAZING and we credit much of this to Home Mortgage Alliance and their staff, particularly Jennifer Hager and her colleague, Jason. They over communicated with us to make sure we knew exactly what was happening, when paperwork and information was due and Jennifer even came to our closing to make sure everything went smoothly and because she wanted to meet us in person. They were constantly in touch with us on nights, weekends or even before holidays to make sure we could close on our home by our deadline. I can't rave about Jennifer and HMA enough. If you're in the Denver area and need a lender who knows what they're doing and who will help you through the process, whether it's your first home or your fifth, I'd strongly recommend you call Jennifer and HMA.
