I am a current resident of one of the properties managed by MEB and i must say these are by far the worst apartments I'VE ever lived in. The front office staff are complete clowns. They do not answer the phone. They do not return phone calls. They do not honor renter referrals. They do not fix anything in the apartment. I have submitted 20+ work orders for the AC unit dripping excessively in my apartment for 5 months and what have they done? Nothing.i have video footage and documented phone calls for the numerous maintenance request begging to have this fixed. Carpet is stained from the water leaking. Do you know how unsanitary it is to have a garbage can collecting water in your foyer? How embarrassing when company comes over and question the ac unit leaking excessively. My srp bill has sky rocketd thru the roof because of this and management could care less. Please do not rent with country brook apartments. You will regret it.
