Oregon Pit Crew Review

The technicians at this shop conducted unauthorized work on my car completely ruining my transmission. The owner was rude and has extremely poor customer service. He did not try to help me with my car at all! I will never take another car to this shop and I suggest you don't either unless you want to be stuck with no car and a huge bill!

They did and amazing job on the oil change. Very friendly and helpful with our z28.

Fast & friendly. Great service. I ve been here several times for oil changes & minor problems and everyone I ve met here has been super polite & helpful. The waiting area & bathroom are clean. My kids especially love the toys & free popcorn in the waiting room. :)

This place is great! I personally witnessed them telling a customer who was concerned about leakage of a fluid on their garage floor that they tested everything and couldn t find a cause. Like, so many mechanics would make money off that...and that was the time I realized they are really honest! Who is this honest? Nobody in 2019! (Except Pit Crew).

Very kind, knowledgeable and prompt.
They fixed car after a tire company failed to attach wheel to my car properly. The problem wasn't as bad as we originally thought and they saved me a fair bit of cash. I will be returning and recommending to friends.

Thought the price was high at first, but it's pretty standard. Was expecting an upsale on something I didn't need, but they looked at a couple of other things and said they were fine (even showed me my air filters) so I only needed the oil changed. The guys were nice, professional, and most importantly straight forward with the services.

I'll be honest, I've always been a Jiffy Lube customer out of convenience. But after being told it'd be almost an hour before they even get to looking at my car, I was headed home when I saw a sign waver with $10 off the next car.
Desperate for a last minute oil change before a road trip, I went in. Heck, I didn't even know this place existed.

I'm sold. Mike the manager was amazing. Super nice, informative, and never tried to upsell me anything I didn't need nor did he treat me like a dumb girl who doesn't know better (happens a lot at JL).

The lobby was clean and had amenities I needed.

I'll be coming here from now on. :)

I ve been bringing my W204 Mercedes here since they ve opened for oil changes. Great price and friendly service. I just took the car in to replace a stripped Pulley and get a new belt. The service was great as usual and it was a lot less expensive than I expected. Thank you Mike and your great team

This crew always does a great job with oil change, but the thing I particularly like is that they NEVER say things need to be changed/fixed/done unless they really do. As a woman I feel that I can trust this crew to do what needs to be done, but no more.

I've never been to a more hard-working group of mechanics. You dont get a corporate attitude over here, they are actually mechanically intellectual, and know how to get the job done. The owner, Mike, is a good man that I can trust and he will work his butt off to accommodate your car situation.

I went there with two issues. They fixed one but not the other. When I dropped it off I told them the two issues I wanted fixed. As the customer, I expect them to do what I'm paying them to do. Now my car still has the same issue.
They are nice people.

These guys are quick and efficient as well as really nice. My truck hadn't seen the light of a shop in too long and they were straight forward but not rude or guilt tripping plus won't sell you on things you don't need, like other shops, but will warn you on what needs to be replaced. Very positive experience and I'll be back soon!

I have been having my cars serviced with The Pit Crew Automotive for years. I highly recommend this for any of your automotive services. The owners are always honest, upfront, and helpful. One time the owner offered and gave me a ride home while my car was being serviced, they have even assisted me with diagnosing and instructing how to service a repair myself. It's the little things that matter the most, and the Pit Crew consistently goes above and beyond to make my vehicles are running efficiently.

Checked out our vehicle for free & gave free quote when the check battery light came on. We came back later in the day & they replaced the alternator in less than an hour at a fair price. Friendly service. Great value. We're really relieved to have everything taken care of so quickly and easily! Thank you guys!

In mid-November, I brought in a 2013 Prius C for a pre-purchase inspection. During the inspection, the battery was marked as "OK". In early January, the Prius C was having difficulty starting. I removed the 12 V battery and took it to Autozone for a load test. They informed me the 12 V battery was bad. I find it questionable that the battery was not marked as such, especially because it failed only about a month and a half after inspection.

I was very well welcomed when I arrived and they did a great job with keeping me in touch with the progress of the work. They didn't try and push all kinds of other services that I didn't need which I really appreciated.
They were very respectful with keeping the vehicle clean and the price was right.
Mark did a good job and I will certainly be getting all of my work done there.

I have gotten my oil changed here for years. I always have apprecitated the fact that they do not try telling you that you need all these different items, the you really don't need. They are honest.

I'm going to give five stars but one of those guys that has worked there for years gets really irritated if you watch him work "so I can learn more about my vehicle" Not sure why he gets like that but oh well.

The comment about Mark is a joke; haven't met a nicer service manager that was sincere...excellent service.

We came here to get our oil changed. Truth be told it's only because Midas was booked and w didn't wanna wait till Monday. We were seen immediately and the people were friendly and fast. We will continue to travel 8 miles to go here. It's with the trip.

I've used the pit crew for both of my automobiles for a few years now. Each time I brought an automobile to them they've taken care of it quickly and correctly. I appreciate their honesty and their service.

These guys are honestly by far the best mechanics around! I had gotten a quote from another mechanic shop for several different things. I came in to these guys, and they took a look at the vehicle free of charge, wrote up an estimate, and added a few things for literally $100 more than the other shop. I needed an oil change, full coolant system service, transmission service, intake manifold gasket replaced, tune-up, rear shocks, and the CV axle done. The battery ended up dying while they were working on the car, so I got another battery through these guys. Almost all of their parts had lifetime warranties (minus the battery and intake manifold gasket, but the manifold itself has lifetime warranty), and they weren t trying to upsell anything. They made the entire process so much easier than where I've taken it in the past. Mark even called me and told me the original CV joint they received looked like someone had previously attempted to install it, so they got a new one because Mark wasn't comfortable putting a used part on my car. They went above and beyond my expectations, kept me updated, and took care of the car. When I picked the car up, it was cleaner than when I had dropped it off. Excellent service, super nice team, and completely honest. They took me back into their shop multiple times to show me where I was having leaks, showed me where the old parts failed, and treated me like an actual person and wanted nothing more than to help me get the repairs I needed. These guys have forever earned my trust and my business. I definitely recommend these guys and stand behind them 100%. Thank you so much for your hard and professional work, Mike and Mark.

Fair, honest, high quality repairs with excellent customer service. That's right customer service from an auto repair shop. Plus this store is well managed by the owner and his quality staff. Don't bother wasting your time over paying for oil changes at the national oil change giant anymore either. They have you covered for far less and they deliver the same or better service. I highly recommend this business.

I had a wonderful experience here. I dropped by for a quick oil change, and got that and a new air filter for a very reasonable price within half an hour. Everyone working there was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Mike even helped me identify and solve a small issue I was having with my dash lights! My window broke and I tried to fix it myself, but ended up just breaking the door panel too trying to get to the window. Drove to several different places before I found this one that was willing to fix it that same day. Wonderful service, Bryan even showed me how to take the door cover on and off in the future without breaking it! Great service, staff, and prices!

The Pit Crew Automotive ship is the best! If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy repair shop, this is it. Mike, the owner and Mark, the manager went above and beyond the call of duty. I had to have to drive line replaced in my Ford F-150 gave me several options with full detail and price. Got the work done in less time and at a lot lower price than quoted. Other shops quoted a much higher price as much as double Mike s quote. They could ve charged me the original price quoted and I wouldn t have known any difference. They put the customer first. I m a customer for life. If you have car issues give them a try.

These guys have alway been ind and honest and competitive with their pricing. I'd trust them with my car any day.

I arrived about 10:45 am on June 26, 2020, to have my car tested for the required DEQ test to renew my plates for July. I pulled my car up and immediately they began the process. 10-15 minutes later, I was all done and on my way home. Best $20 I ever spent!!!

The owner and his son are great. Very professional and hard working we will be getting our oil changed here from now on. I have a high performance mustang and I am very picky on who I want to touch it. But they did a great job.

It s truly unfortunate that I cannot give them six stars! We were doing a change of ownership transaction and the buyer wanted an inspection & he kind of picked these guys out of a hat Not only were they thorough and honest they were incredibly even-handed and fair. Dealing with situations that could go either way these guys exhibited UTMOST in professionalism. There are not enough happy adjectives to express my pleasure with how they comport themselves thank you Mike!

Mike and Mark always do a great job I ve been using pit crew for nine years for my fleet services when they were in Milwaukee now currently in Clackamas. There always friendly and get our pest technicians in and out of there quickly.

Needed an oil change, but being new to the area I had no established shop to go to. Decided to try out The Pit Crew Automotive based on the positive reviews and the fact that they aren't a national chain.
I am so happy I did! Had a fantastic experience with Mark, the Service Manager, and am very pleased with the service and price.
It is nice to know that now I have a go-to shop I can trust for any work I need done on my car.

I have been using Pit Crews's oil change service for years for my 1995 Chevrolet van. I can always count on the Pit Crew to do an excellent job, and I am never "hustled" to buy something extra that is not truly needed.

Great shop. Got my oil changed here the last three times and will get it done here next time. They didn't try to up-sell anything. Just did what I asked them to do. Offered me friendly advice, I declined. They politely accepted and continued work. Took them about 20 minuets for a standard oil change. Would totally recommend.
