One would think that buying a car would be simple, even with current pandemic restrictions, but that was not our experience initially. We were in need of purchasing a new Forester (our 3rd one and 5th Subaru). Dealers from Colorado Springs to Denver stated they were eager to help but even getting a simple return phone call or follow up seemed too difficult for them. We decided to give it one last go and called up Mike Shaw Subaru. By the luck of the draw I worked with Alex. He returned calls, sent me texts, communicated with me throughout the process (even on his day off). He provided the follow up, answered questions, and made the process seamless. We reserved our car over the phone, made an appointment for the in-person meeting and pick up of the car for a few days later (a Saturday nonetheless), and we were in and out with a new car in less than 90 minutes. The entire staff was great and worked efficiently! All things being considered, if Alex had not been there to help when we first called, we may have considered another manufacturer. Alex's professionalism, work ethic, and customer service was exemplary! If you need a Subaru, don't think twice about going to Mike Shaw's. Ask for Alex, you won't be disappointed.
