I purchased a kit from Home Depot and when I got home I realized the kit was missing the 1/4 inch tubing. I emailed DIG to see if they would send me the missing part or if I should just return my kit. Within a couple hours I got an email asking for my address so they'd know where to send it. No questions asked. When I received the package I was surprised to find two rolls of tubing instead of one, to compensate for the issue. I was absolutely blown away by their quick response and their willingness to send the missing part. I will definitely be supporting DIG whenever possible going forward.

As for the product itself, we put drip line througout our trees, flower beds, and vegetable garden and the product works well and does exactly what it should. The instructions were easy to follow and setup was simple.
