Room was beautiful and brightly decorated in color...

Room was beautiful and brightly decorated in color scheme.
However, the cleaning of the bathroom could be better.
The sink was leaking and the well was clogged.

The room has an outdoor seating area, but you don't have a private place to sit (sort of a gallery) and people can walk past you. We also had people sitting next to us who thought it necessary to sit outside until late and needed our seat for that. It's a bit strange to just take things away from someone else.

Noise in the rooms was very disappointing. The noise from the people in the corridors was particularly audible.
Beds were on the firm side unfortunately.

The breakfast buffet was very spacious and tasty. When something was finished, it was refilled very well.
Dinner was also fine in the restaurant.

All in all, this has been a "once but never again" experience at this hotel for us.
We had higher expectations for the stars of the hotel and the price you pay.
