FinEdge as a financial advisor have given me proper detailed insights about my financial goals and ways to achieve it. They have good managers who takes care of your investment portfolio and keeps you updated about market scenario.

It's all virtual, spoke with Aditi from FinEdge over phone and she convinced me to start saving. I am a small investor, investing just Rs500 per month. But she always extended the courtesy, politeness and professionalism in her approach. To be honest, I don't even open the report she sends monthly. It typical Indian belief on her and FinEdge.

Great experience with FidEdge, they are genuine and provide solid guidance based on your goals and capabilities. Only drawback is they are restricted with Mutual funds, it will be good if they get into Share market as well.

It's been a year working with them and to be honest I never felt much confident about my investment. And very good customer service and they have been very supportive right from day one. Overall awesome experience.

So far overall experience with FinEdge is very good. Fund/ Account Managers assigned to account are responsive and open for suggestions. They are proactive and, always keep me up to date for all market movement. At the same time FinEdge mobile app is very good and easy to use. They should add more security to mobile app like two factor authentication or OTP.

Very professional and friendly and also very knowledgeable. They are ready to provide any service at request and are very prompt and approachable. The only problem that I have found is that the advisors keep changing within a period of 1 to 1.5 years. I got in contact with them when I had registered for a call back from one of the mutual fund companies. They had sent me the required documents for registration and also arranged for the pickup. Overall it was great to have them as advisor for my investments.

So far so good..have got good profile..thanks to finedge and its suggestions. Haven't tried the risky waters yet.. but soon.
