My 2014 Ram 2500 has had 5 to 7 recalls. One recall has no parts now for 3 to 6 months. It's an hour drive and a whole day to address this. Service appointment gal says it's a Chrysler problem, not their issue. Repair said they'd send a survey for review. Repairs have taken several days instead of quotes 1 day. I never got the review by email. When I checked what they had on file, a completely made up email address had been inserted. I assume this is so the tech would not get a bad review and hurt his bonus. So much for buying American. I don't have time to spend every other month getting this truck fixed.
