Not sure what happened to their service but it's quite abysmal. I took in my Corolla that was purchased from their lot some years ago and I went to their service line only to be told that I had to take it to the other side since the issue was electrical. Makes no sense where it goes since eventually it will be taken to the same garage as all other cars go to for service. On top of that it took 30 minutes of waiting for one of their personnel, who was just standing there, doing nothing, to finally come over and take our information. Despite telling him that I was bringing my car to service as soon as I pulled my car up. I've never had this problem before here but the customer service is definitely lacking. I'm so glad my other car is from Casa Ford, they have impeccable service compared to this dealership. Very upsetting. Can't wait to get rid of my Corolla so that I won't ever have to deal with this lousy place.
