Wish we would of found new method wellness 5 years ago. We had almost given up on the idea that treatment could work for our daughter. From the beginning we knew this place was different. For starters, they welcomed us on site to visit, we actually had two separate in person meetings and assessments before our daughter admitted. Unlike the other places, they asked for records from former treatments centers and from her therapist and psychiatrist. They even made me and my wife both write a biography on our daughter and the family so they could better understand her history, and what we had been through. It felt like a lot of work and we were frustrated in the beginning because it felt like she wasn t going to be accepted but she was. The family program is very thorough and we walked away feeling like we could finally all say what we felt, and not have to dance around the hard topics. We got updates every week from both of her therapist and we never felt like we didn t know what was going on. Best of all, there was an actual plan for her coming home. They set up the aftercare, a case manger, and even got my wife to attend a program in Arizona for co-dependency where she went for a full week that really helped her and us a lot. We feel like new metbod wellness really cared about us, and went the extra mile. We have a sober daughter today and a happy family. Thank you.
