Had to call to see if my part was in. Spent 4 hour...

Had to call to see if my part was in. Spent 4 hours + 2 hours round trip drive time for them to say they had the wrong part, and car still not fixed. I am very upset after spending so much on a car that now needs to be fixed, my time is worth nothing to them. Sorry just is not good enough. Now I have to waste another day off for the same thing, NOT HAPPY.
