My wife, Ruth, and I had a very nice experience buying a car from Kea Kong at Capitol Volkswagen. Kea is very knowlegeable, and the conversations and test drives we took in a VW Passat TDI were very low key and not stressful. There was no high pressure, no bait and switch, no call in the "closer," or any of those other things that I personally dread when car shopping.
