Still got problems!!!!

Still got problems!!!!
Nobody contacted me!!!
I contacted customer service 3 day ago. Still no response other than being told that Amy is dealing with it and is on holiday until Monday and nobody else can deal with it.The problems with these two appliances were reported well within 12 months of purchase,therefore I believe that in law my recourse is to the retailer not the manufacturer.I am still without a usable dishwasher.

Having brought many appliances from Marks over the last 20 years, I bought a Bloomberg dishwasher and fridge from them in the last 12 months.
NEVER AGAIN.
I have had numerous problems with them both. These are both under extended warranty and when service engineers eventually visited and found faults(including a basic design fault with the dishwasher, not being able to dispense the detergent tablet ); I was told by very rude and arrogant 'Customer Service'staff at Marks that it 'was nothing to do with them' and was given the manufacturers telephone number.
When I call them, they insisted that they sent out the service engineer again 'because the report had been lost'. When the service engineer came out again, I got him to write 'design fault' on the report. I then after a few days contacted Bloombergs, they still denied responsibility. I therefore contacted Marks who said it was nothing to do with them and I needed to take it up with Blombergs again.
The same happened when I once again called out the service engineer regarding the fridge. He acknowledged that there were two faulty parts that needed replacing and told me that they would contact me when they had the parts, to arrange to fit them. A number of weeks passed before I rang the service company; to be told that Blombergs were refusing to replace the parts, and I should therefore contact Blombergs.
By this time I was loosing the will to live.
This weekend the whole dishwasher tipped forward depositing much of its contents on the stone kitchen floor.
I won't be reporting this to Mark's as I want nothing further to do with them.

THEY SOLD ME THESE APPLIANCES THEREFORE THEY SHOULD ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY BUT THEY DON'T.

Any further problems and they will both be taken to the tip and I will find a reputable company to deal with that values it's long standing customers.
