I had a terrible experience. I was there for four hours, 90% of it I spent completely alone. They took my keys to my car to get "information" and wouldnt give my keys back until right before I left even when I asked them for my keys back. After hearing the price of the car I insisted that i spoke with my husband, who was unable to attend due to an illness, and the sales rep David eversole asked me "was your husband with you when you bought your escape?" To which i replied yes he was and he said "ha, well he didn't help you there." They refused to take my answer of consulting my husband, as the payments were a lot high than we were looking for. I will not be going back there.
