Rajesh the hairstylist was so helpful and considerate . He listened to my problem, what I wanted.He politely explained to me the pros and cons of what I wanted . He was very professional. I was satisfied with his work on my hair. On the other hand a man named Firoz was rude. At first he was appointed to address my concern and he did not make any effort to listen to what I wanted .i have no words to explain his behaviour. And don t get me started about the ugly lady at the counter. She needs some serious etiquette lessons.So due to these people with low IQ... I am not setting foot on that damn place again. I d rather spend my 7000 to 8000 bucks at a place where people are more down to earth and more decent.If anyone wants to go there ( i d Rather you not go though)meet Rajesh only. He is professional, smart, and he knows his art well.
