This company is an absolute joke. Just bought a house with a full inspection of the house, which turned out CLEAN, and Universal Property and Casualty Insurance sent someone out to "check" the house. We got a letter 3 weeks later of our canceled insurance because we needed to "fix our roof" even though they confirmed that NOTHING is wrong with the roof. Word for word: Us- "So we need to fix our roof, even though nothing is wrong with it?" Them: "Yes, please fix it"... Fix what?! They don't even tell us why they canceled the insurance. Nothing. Stay FAR away from this company if you want full disclosure or reliable insurance!
