Interesting place to shop for art and craft related product

The things are very complete, the furnishings are neat, the labels and prices are clear at a glance, it is easy to find the materials to be bought, and the staff is very friendly, and the shopping boxes are handed in so that you can put things in when you buy them.

As it operates 24/7 weekly, I would highly recommend for craft lovers to come here as the shop sells variety choices of craft-thingy from homemade cosmetics ingredients to diy soap!! Not to forget, if you need help the workers here is sooo friendly and helpful.

Quite easy to locate the shop and shopkeepers were polite and helpful. They don't have much stuff as the store is small but there is still quite a good choice.

Probably one of the more complete craft stores in PJ. They focus mainly on soap making, oils, and a little bit of here and there. If you are new to soap making, this is one of the recommended places to visit.

Not a fan of arts and crafts, but my dad is. The place is clean and well lit, and my dad was able to find what he needed; plus, I got to see a 3D printer in person! The only 2 things worth complaining about was that there was no master directory of sorts to tell you which floor or area the shops were in, and the elevator up was kind of run-down.

It is my first time walking into the store, and the presentation of the atmosphere and goods were excellent. Their customer service is exceptional, paying full attention to their customers. Craftiviti can only be described as a paradise for any crafter.

If you're into crafts especially soap and candle making I would highly recommend this place. Love going there for my soap stuff. Not many places caters for my hobby but I can find almost everything here. Customer service is excellent which is very rare in Malaysia! Good source for essential oils too.

They got almost everything you need as a crafter, AND they have work shops! The environment is cozy and harmony, the people here are also nice and friendly. I'd definitely come here again some other time!

Cool store which offers a spread of materials and ingredients for crafting purposes which includes candle, soap making, cosmetic diy. Items are sold in small quantities, therefore can be purchased per project for newbies like me. Friendly staffs. Parking is plentiful as the shoplots aren't fully occupied.

This place is really worth it if yr trying to look fr any artcrafts' equipment and trying to make any diy items such as lipbalm,soap,etc. Some things here are really worth for money and things that u can't find normally can be found here. I highly recommend to visit here

Friendly staff. Also packed with stuff. Ask the staff about the stuff you looking for and they will gladly show it to you.

Has a very wide range of oils, essential oils, waxes, powders and moulds for cold process soap making. Alot of the products are more expensive than you could probably find elsewhere if you did some hunting but it is all very convenient and well labelled here. V friendly and helpful staff.

The toys r us for all handicraft enthusiast. Super dangerous to walk in here without a clear plan of what you need because it s likely you ll walk out with a lot of things you never planned for haha! There are some things that you can source elsewhere that can be cheaper (soap artisan) but the friendly super helpful service and clear description of each products really makes for it. Super love this place!

They have everything you need as a crafter. I can t find any other shops that sells everything I needed to make my own diffuser etc. Love their service, super helpful and knowledgeable. Always can t wait to visit the shop again. Kudos to the crew!

Paradise for stocking up ingredients for DIY soap making and natural skincare

Wonderful craft store. I could spend a long time in there. I had made an online order that was supposed to take longer time to get delivered, but had a very limited time before my departure from Malaysia. They were so helpful and service minded and helped me get the things I needed in time for me. I was so happy for their excellent service!

Unable to find all my art supplies, but definitely more comprehensive than a lot of the craft store out there. In fact, craft store is so hard to come by in Malaysia. The prices are slightly higher than getting it online. However, if you need guidance and see the things for yourself, do attend. Note: You need to pay for parking.

Best place for born to Crafters... We could find almost everything related to soap making, candle making, polymer clay, resin art and all the artistic supplies except knitting, crocheting, embroidery needs... Staffs are customer friendly.

Most of the craft items making soaps I can easily get it here. They have other crafts items like quilling, clay, leathers, candle making. The staffs here are very helpful too.

Very nice shop. I go here regularly for soap supplies. Good stock and very friendly staff. The only downside are the prices but I guess you have to pay for the shop rental somehow and they do have good reductions from time to time. Olive oil from soap artisan is better quality and cheaper. And I can get raw organic shea butter and cocoa butter and lots of essential oils (very expensive at craftivity) shipped from the UK for cheaper than I can buy in the store.
