Overall great stay. The front desk staff was very professional and helpful. Great location. 5 minutes to Penn station and 15 min to times square, walking. We had the opportunity to stay in a newly renovated room so it was very clean and neat. The rooms are on the smaller size. There were two downsides for me. The sheets were rough and scratchy. The breakfast was not great. Generic, basic selections. The bacon and sausage both tasted off. It was included with our stay and I would definitely not pay for it.
