Today was yet another reminder of why Legacy Nissan of London has the best customer service! My vehicle had just rolled over the mileage of its extended warranty when a light came on the dash. Long story- short, my vehicle had a transmission issue and the service department tried their best to get it covered since I was barely over the milage but had no luck and shared with me about the costly repair process. The next day I received a phone call from the sales manager and he notified me that since my family had been such good customers the owner had decided to cover the cost of the repair. See, our family has bought 4 vehicles in the past 3 years at Legacy. My parents have bought cars there. We tell everyone, who is in the market for a vehicle, to go Legacy Nissan of London. What won my husband and I over first was the no pressure sales along with the great prices! But now, you are family! You went above and beyond and we are truly thankful and appreciative.
